Japan has a side that looks nothing like what most people expect. Turquoise water, white sand, beautiful coastal towns, and houses that can cost surprisingly little.

In this video, we head to Yamaguchi to explore the beaches of Tsunoshima and look at three very different homes near the coast. One is renovated and ready to use, another is listed for ¥0, and the last is an oceanfront Japanese house for around ¥12 million. But as we discover, the cheapest house isn't necessarily the cheapest option.
