Big Almaty Lake is a 30 minute drive away from Almaty in the Ile Alatau National Park and the only way to reach is to cycle up in the mountains , in this video we take you on our cycle tour to big almaty lake and then end the day at the Tau Dastarkhan or the Tau Spa for a perfect evening dip in the warm springs in the mountains ending our day with a hitchhike in true Kazakh style.
